Had a great experience today buying a used truck from George. Very pleasant to deal with. At no point did I feel pressured and he sat back and let me make the decision while answering and addressing every question or concern. If he was unsure on a specific he got an associate that was more knowledgeable to assist. The entire staff worked as a team to make the sale. Ken in finance did a excellent job explaining ESP options and recommendations without resorting to "scare tactics" that seem to be common. Great job to George, Ken, and the entire Gillingham team!

The people at Bob Gillingham Ford are amazing! They really do treat you like family and will give you the best deal possible without the haggling. I live down the street from another Ford dealer but prefer to go out of my way to this dealership. It is well worth it.
